Fantastic place. Spectacular view! The deck has a sunset view but doesn't get any hot direct sun. Clean place. Each bathroom has 1 set of hotel sized shampoo and conditioner and 2 bars of soap, blow dryer, about 10 bath towels, no beach towels. About a dozen hangers between both bedrooms, , iron ironing board, steamer. Could use a laundry basket for dirty towels. Playpen in closet (don't know the condition of it). Beach chairs, umbrellas and boards. Quiet building and pool area. Pool wasn't heated. Can hear some road hum, but just a dull noise other than the occasional siern. There is an AC unit in the first bedroom and one behind the living room tv that took the 3 of us a few days to find, there is a fan. First bedroom has window to the hallway and only thin curtains that don't block the light right outside the front door. Oceanview room has heavy blackout curtains. Parking was never an issue. Well equipped kitchen. Ninja, Magic Bullet, Crockpot, coffee maker (starter pack for first day), kettle, pots and pans in decent shape, strainers, measuring cups & spoons, ice maker in freezer, few spices and coffee filters left by others, etc. Would stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easily accommodated 6 people. Also had a blow up mattress in the cupboard too. One shower was quite small but gets the job done. The other is large with the bath. Room was well-cleaned!!Enter the door code and you’re on your way! Super easy compared to lining up at a check-in desk. 2 lifts which were great. Off S Kihei Rd in a great location so your Uber or Taxis don’t cost that much if you’re going to other parts of Kihei or up to Lahaina or Kahului. Some resorts are further down south which would cost more. Super easy location to get them to pick you up and drop you off as well. Lots of parking spots if you’re getting a car which was free.Aircon was superb! Good wifi! TV has an Amazon Fire Stick so you can stream from any app. Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. Special note for blender, coffee machine, spare containers for food, basic spices and oil etc.Had a couple beach towels and beach chairs available in the room.Had construction one morning start above us at 8am. Sounded like they were getting rid of tiles. Happened for 2 days and didn’t hear anything else so not fazed.Hot tub and pool were good but pretty basic. Didn’t come to Maui for their pool anyways so not concerned. Don’t think the other things were in action or I never saw them if that was the case.TO IMPROVE: Would benefit from Maui Condo & Home emailing you a map and picture of the buildings and the location of the room as that was confusing when we came as there are 2 buildings.

Condo was super clean and only a short walk across a well-kept lawn to the beach. The property has shuffleboard, golf, and horseshoe equipment available to sign out as well as a community pool and hot tub. There are also a number of gas grills available should you feel like grilling out.

Kihei is perfectly located in the center of the island and makes it easy to visit either side of the island without needing to spend extra time driving across the limited island roads.

Management was very responsive any time we needed to reach out. Thanks for hosting us!

Overall a good stay but too expensive overall. Unit was as advertised but not quite up to the price point. It was clean and in good operating order. Only 1 beach/pool towel provided for a 2 bedroom unit. Plus side was 2 nice beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas and several boogie boards.Master shower is VERY small and dark. Large balcony with 5 chairs was wonderful as was the view. Traffic noise from Kihei St was annoying. Overall it was quiet and management company was responsive. Again nice place overall but did not live up to the price paid.

Our Vacation was Incredible. This was the 1st time we have stayed at Kihei, and Loved that area, and LOVED Kauhale Makai. Definitely will be coming back

We had a great stay at this property! The views from both the living room and the master bedroom where amazing. The property wasclean and well stocked and the furniture was modern and very beautiful. The only issue we had was the loud music from the housenext-door. Thankfully it was good music and not rap so it was somewhat enjoyable and didn't last past 11pm. Would DEFINITELY stayhere again !!
