There is a fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for making meals to dine in or to take with you while on the go. The bedroom has a king bed, allowing this unit to accommodate up to two (2) people. The living room is a large open space that opens up to the private lanai. There is a washer and dryer in the condo.

Loved the view! The kitchen was well-equiped. Nicely furnished living area. The king size bed was comfy except for the troughs on each side... a sign of wear.

We've stayed at Sugar Beach resort MANY times and will not stay anywhere else in Maui. However, Unit 223 was a bit disconcerting. Many of the kitchen cabinets were locked, including a row installed over the bar counter, which blocked the air conditioning in the kitchen (so it was very cold) and left the living room hot because the cool air was confined to the kitchen. We will not stay in that condo again.

The vacation unit was very clean with a great view of the ocean. The amenities were good and in great working order. Grounds around the unit were extremely well taken are of. Little concerned about the area north of the unit to the harbor area. Appears Hawaii is doing nothing about the homeless population.

We had a wonderful getaway with beautiful views every day! One addition I’d recommend is two nightstands in the bedroom. One needs that to put your glasses on, etc., etc. Very tight squeeze by the wall to get in bed. Otherwise we highly recommend and watching the sunset every night from our lanai was a special treat!

Nice Place - New Carpets would be nice.
