Great beach, nice grounds, good location, sandwich shop is great, love to sit on balcony; drink my coffee or adult beverage & read or just look @ the beautiful ocean view. The unit needs carpets removed with new flooring put down & in need of a facelift. Bathroom sink drained very slow..had to put n mntc ticket. Most of the property management I dealt were very good, but the lady on site lacked good customer service skills.
Would say unit was ok, grounds were nice, beach was great..would recommend but would share my issues.
