Maui Condo and Home has developed NEXT LEVEL Clean to ensure the sanitation and cleanliness levels of our managed properties to protect our associates and guests, in accordance with guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control, the American Hotel, and Lodging Association, and the Hawaii Lodging and Tourism Association. We continue to review and re-assess every process and touchpoint regarding NEXT LEVEL Clean.
Research now indicates that guests appreciate knowing that their accommodations will not be disturbed by staff members routinely entering the unit. Accordingly, as part of NEXT LEVEL Clean, we have altered our housekeeping and maintenance services to provide our guests with the feeling that they are staying in a sanctuary when staying with Maui Condo and Home by limiting opportunities for exposure.
The newest cleaning standard we have adopted is the use of electrostatic sprayers to apply cleaning agents.
In addition, housekeeping under the NEXT LEVEL Clean will be handled as follows:
Before and during a stay, guests can easily fill-out a housekeeping or maintenance requests on our mobile app, or by contacting our office for contactless and seamless service.
After each check-out and as part of the cleaning process for the next guest, the unit will be sanitized with CDC-recommended cleaning chemicals and stringent cleaning protocols.
The unit will either remain vacant between guest arrivals for a minimum of 24 hours OR the unit will be sprayed with the electrostatic sprayer.
After the arrival inspection and electrostatic sprayer treatment, our Arrival Inspector will seal the unit door with a NEXT LEVEL Clean sticker.
